The Mourning Star: Dogwoods in the Sun
From grief we guide. From rebirth, we rise. The Mourning Star marks the third stop of the Man on the Moon II: Stargazer tour—a quiet yet profound return to Earth. Venus, the morning star, becomes our symbol of resilience: a guiding light after darkness. We left to grieve. We return to live.
Charlotte is a celestial homecoming. A love letter to those we’ve lost—and to the strength it takes to keep going. As the moon sets and the sun crests the horizon, we honor the cycle of loss, healing, and light.
This show is dedicated to my grandmother, “Mother” Audrey Moore, and to everyone who carries loss, holds love, and chooses to rise again.
